My name is Guido Maus, and I am the owner of an art gallery. To help reduce my operating costs, I am in urgent need to hire a Personal/Administrative Assistant. Given my frequent travels and involvement with various companies both domestically and internationally, it is crucial for me to have a reliable Personal Assistant to keep me organized and updated on my activities. The role is flexible and can be performed from anywhere in the United States.

The job primarily involves following instructions and maintaining a high level of trust and accountability. I may occasionally need tasks to be completed promptly, so it is important that you are able to meet deadlines consistently.
As I am currently out of town in Zagreb, Croatia and will not return to the United States until February, the selection process will proceed immediately, and you will begin work from now. Upon my return to the States, we will arrange a formal meeting to discuss the possibility of a long-term arrangement.

As a Personal Assistant, your duties will include:

Verifying and inputting data accurately, and correcting errors
Performing other related tasks as assigned
Running personal errands
Working independently with minimal supervision
To succeed in this role, you must be able to perform these duties satisfactorily.

Position: Administrative/Personal Assistant
Weekly Pay: $800/=
Hours: 4-5 Hours Weekly
Days: 2-3 Days Weekly
